Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

• Online payment must be received one day prior to the scheduled class

• Free classes are available on a first-come basis

• Cancellations prior to October 1st will receive a full refund minus a ¥2500 handling charge

• Cancellations between October 1st and October 20th will receive a 50% refund

• Cancellations after October 20th will receive no refund

• オンライン決済のお支払い期限は各クラス開催の前日です。

• 無料クラスは先着順で受講可能です

• 10月1日以前にキャンセルの場合、手数料2500円を差し引いた全額が返金されます。

• 10月1日から10月20日までにキャンセルの場合、50％が返金されます。

• 10月20日以降にキャンセルの場合は返金不可となります。ご了承ください。
